SIZING

Detailed sizing info is included in each listing. Dresses may fit differently from one to the next as they are one of a kind. Please read listings carefully. We are more than happy to help! Please start a chat, or email us at info@oladubois.ca

We need accurate measurements to be able to help you – a measuring tape is your best friend here! Pick one up at the drug store next time you are there, it will make your life so much easier and save you the hassle of exchanging items. Shipping exchanges isn't good for the environment either, so lets work together to reduce them :)

Swimsuits tend to fit smaller than dresses, so your swim size may not be the same as your dress size.

SHIPPING 

In Canada: UPS or Canada Post Expedited Shipping with Tracking. Orders under $150 (pre-tax) ship for $15. Orders over $150 (pre-tax) ship for free. 

To the US: Canada Post Track Pack for a Flat Rate of $20

FLAT RATE: UK $30 / Australia & NZ $35  

Rest of the world: shipping calculated at checkout

Customer is responsible for all import duties, if applicable

Free Pick Up option is available in Victoria BC, choose at the checkout 

PAYMENTS

Payments accepted: eTransfer (Canada), PayPal, VISA, MC, AmEx, GPay, Apple Pay & Shop Pay 

EXCHANGES

On Sale items are always final sale.

Regular priced purchases are exchange only, within 2 weeks. 

Return shipping fees are are the purchasers responsibility and non-refundable. 

Returned items must be received in the condition they were sent out, clean & free of lotions or other markings. All tags & liners must be in tact. Exchanges will not be honored otherwise.

Swimwear purchased in-store is final sale.
